At Koch & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and floral supplies. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a return.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Authority (RA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our central warehouse.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
